Getting Started

The first time that you use any of the web pages will ask you to enter your company ID and security code. These were given in the email that was sent to you. You will normally only need to enter them once in a browser. Access to your data is controlled by these codes so you need to keep these private. This page provides links to all the available operations - you may wish to bookmark this.

What you can do:

1.	Clock using your web browser - You can start clocking in and out straightaway using the web browser on your PC. Click here to try it.

2.	View reports directly using your web browser. Click here to access the online reports

3.	Telephone Clockings - You can clock in and out using a telephone (mobile or landline) Click here for details

4.	Webclk - You can clock in and out using our webclk program which provides extra facilities and fingerprint recognition support. Click here for more information.

5.	Download Timenet Software - You can download our Timenet software suite which will allow you to add employees, set up shift patterns, departments etc. Download here

How it works:

Our webserver holds a complete set of your data and uses realtime software to constantly monitor your data and process clockings that it receives from a browser, phone call or from our webclk program.

There is a set of reports that can be run from a browser which allows you to examine and report on your data from any pc.

To make changes to your settings, add employees etc, you will need to install our Timenet software. This software sets up a copy of your data on your computer (or on your server) and keeps that data synchronised with the web version. It also allows you to make changes to settings, set up personnel information, shift patterns, departments etc. This means that you can always look at and change your data even if the web is disconnected. It also means you have a copy of your data which you can backup and maintain yourselves.

If you wish to start using one of our Timenet System terminals, you can download your copy of the data to the terminal and continue using it without needing to re-enter data or lose any information. If you store your data on a networked drive so it can be shared, Timenet software can be run on any number of PC's simultaneously.
